Here is what to do next:

  1. Run to your email inbox (ooops, sorry … we are a meditation page and it’s all about patience, mindfulness and being in the now …)
  2. Ok, another try …  Check patiently your email inbox for an email from us with the confirmation link and kindly confirm, thank you.
  3. If you can’t see an email from us in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If our email is in there, please move it to your inbox and tell your email software that we are friends.
  4. To get sure that you receive our messages please add our email address to your contacts in your email software or, if you use gmail, drop and drag the email into your Primary Folder. You can also whitelist my email adress (instructions how to do that are HERE). This will keep your email software from hiding our emails in your spam folder.
