Need some time out? Some silence and peace of mind? But right here where you live?

Then join us for one day of full relaxation and awareness in Mount Maunganui.

We start by slowly settling in from 9am for a 9.30am start.

Then we will be activating our senses while becoming more and more aware of our Breathing; we will establish a safe space to go for our time in relaxation;

After our lovely vegan lunch together we then deepen the relaxation and our awareness of our body and senses; finishing with a beautiful Mindfulness Meditation with whatever is present in that moment, enjoying and embracing the silence to make our beautiful nature blossom and our hearts joyful.

After our day together you will take home meditation techniques which will empower you to go on your own meditation quest whenever and wherever you like. You will be relaxed and rejuvenated. Let this be the Jumpstart for your own daily practise with ease.
