In this course I teach you about your energy centres called Chakras and show you how to energise, strengthen and balance them, one by one.

We will take a closer look at those beautiful energy centres of ours, which nourish us and give us strength, from the Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra, finishing with a wonderful journey, aligning all of them.

What you will learn

In our time together, we will experience ourselves through the seven primary energy centres of consciousness. The Chakras. As we activate the chakras, the energy begins to flow freely in its natural state. This not only clears away the obsolete habits and conditioning in our lives, it also structures new patterns of thought and behaviour, those that we choose and want.

Over these 8 sessions, we will learn to connect with the flow of our life force, a powerful current that will guide, transform, and awaken you and guide you to your dreams, wishes and strengths.

You see, the flow of life is composed of various streams of energy. These are reflected in our Chakras. Our need for security, happiness, power, love, creativity, insight, and self-actualization forms our unique life expression. When you find those needs balanced you will ultimately find your flow, the universal rhythm, and within that the infinite source of joy, balance, harmony and love.

Create some precious “me time” for yourself and feel into your own energy. Get to know yourself better and find out where your strengths and your weaknesses sit.

Class Information

This is an 8 week online class and is taking place (TBA), please reserve 60 minutes of your time for this.

I will teach you about the 7 main chakras (one every session) and I will guide you into deep relaxation, followed by breath or body awareness to let go of the day and calm down the mind. Then we go into a combination of relaxation meditation, little journeys and affirmation meditation which will give you deeper insight.

In every session we take a closer look at one of those beautiful energy centres of ours, which nourish us and give us strength. One hour of “me time” and feeling into your own energy. Suitable for beginners (little experience in meditation recommended) and advanced. In the final session we will align all 7 chakras.

What are Chakras?

CHAKRA derives from the Sanskrit word for ‘wheel’, but the word ‘vortex’ probably describes it much better. When we talk about Chakras, we mostly mean the 7 main chakras, but depending on which country, medicine or religion you look into, you will find numbers up to 350.000 energy channels.

The 7 main chakras are aligned along the spine,
the so called Kundalini – line:

  • Crown Chakra / Sahasrara
  • Third Eye or Brow Chakra / Ajna
  • Throat Chakra / Vishudda
  • Heart Chakra / Anahata
  • Solar (Plexus) Chakra / Manipura
  • Sacral Chakra / Savadhisthana
  • Root Chakra / Muladhara

Each one is connected to a certain topic, colour, mantra, gland, organs, qualities, elements, plants, herbs, exercises, symbols, gems.

Sometimes incidents or even just ‘little’ things can make you feel uneasy way too fast. This can be a sign that your Chakras do to not run evenly and smoothly anymore, maybe they are even blocked. This leads to feeling like beneath or out of ourselves, confused, tired or numb. The life force is slowed down. No motivation, doubts can take over, your self-esteem is getting lower and lower. You can stop that. You can change these mechanisms.

If your Chakras are in line, balanced and in harmony your intuition can make itself heard, things fall into place and you become more and more aware of solutions you haven’t even dreamt of before.

So, maybe you agree, this kind of balance is quite profound for our health and well-being.
