As promised in my last email, we are preparing a FREE workshop about how to stop the downward spiral, the worrying mind, taking back control over your life and emotions. Something most of you have told me you struggle with at the moment.
You also asked me how I find the time to meditate, and I can share with you here – it is not as time-consuming as you may think.

I will go live on Zoom to teach you 3 proven mindfulness techniques for you to discover how easy it can be to meditate – and that making a difference in your life can be accomplished in just 5 to 10 minutes a day. You can come to one or both workshops. They will be quite similar, and you can definitely benefit from them.
The workshop will take about 50 minutes and you will be able to turn that into hours of clarity, direction and effective decision making.
