Invite your fear into consciousness …

Especially now it is so important to make calmness and clarity part of your life … so I would love to do my bit, my contribution to you to calm your nervous system …

This is why I suggest you to have a daily practise, be it 5 to 10 minutes or 20 to 30 minutes or even one hour … as long as you give yourself the time each day … no matter how long you do this … you will feel the difference … so let’s do this together … we are in this together … so let’s relax together …

And like Thich Nhat Hanh said … when you can smile through the fear … the fear becomes weaker … and weaker … and weaker … watch it go away … with the more joy you bring into your life.

I am watching the dogs when they are in the park right in front of my window … they run with so much joy … it is amazing watching them … they don’t mind the isolation for the rest of the day … they only know NOW I can run … NOW I can be joyful … NOW is my time to shine in this park here … this is the attitude I would love you to come into … NOW … is no fear … NOW … we have this wonderful meal … NOW we have this delicious cup of coffee or tea … NOW …

So what are you creating in your life right now that brings a smile into your face? That brings joy into the here and now?
