The more you sharpen your senses, the more you open to Awareness of what is actually going on around you … without judgement … without preconception …

The more you sharpen your senses, the more you will realise what your actual path is meant to be … the more you will feel with all your senses, your gut and your mind … the more you will realise what is the next step for you to actually bring you forward … to actually makeย you grow …

All of your senses are toned down, dumbed down, dulled down by so many things nowadays … constant TV … constant somebody talking … constant push notifications on your phone or lap top … constant pressure from which side whatsoever …

Start sharpen your senses again … go into the silence … go into nature … go to where nobody else has gone before … there are so many opportunities …

On your way home … take a break at the beach … in the woods … on that hill … and feel, sense, smell, taste, hear and see whatever is present with open eyes, an open heart and an open mind …

If you practise this for just 5 min per day – each day … you will notice the difference … you will be able to silence the chatter and white noise around you … you will be able to hear the subtle voice of intuition inside of you … which will guide you on your path …

5 min per day – each day … can make a difference …

so start making a difference … start making sense …
