Sometimes in the middle of the day … doubts come in … any kind of doubts … do you know what I mean? … what are you doubting? … where does the doubt sit in your body? … doubts are related to the fear of the unknown … so the more you meditate or ponder on it … the less unknown it is and the more familiar it becomes … and that is when you start realising where the doubts come from … and then you can transform them and yourself in action.
