Happiness … yes … wow … what is it? … what makes you happy? … Happiness is a very individual thing … what makes one person happy does not necessarily cut the mustard for another … but what all those philosophers say we all have in common is … it can’t come from the outside … yes, happiness is an inside job … and yes, at some stage it is a choice … but most and foremost … it is absolutely necessary and all that comes with it … hope … love … gratitude … compassion … goes along with it … and sometimes it is not important with which of those qualities you start … just do it … Enjoy! … 😉

With this program I want to give you ideas, impulses and my experience for your meditation practise. So you never run out of ideas and impulses to set up your daily mediation practise. One excuse less, so sorry about that … hahahaha … and I hope you like it.
