Hi, this is my new live broadcast … Mindful10 … roughly 10 minutes per weekday from me for you … sometimes a little meditation … sometimes thoughts about behaviours or habits or … whatever comes up … today it is about your perspective on things, life and in general … and you can add some minutes of silence to this … so YOU have 10 minutes of mindfulness each day … let’s see where this takes us … enjoy!
